Drive our international growth in Benelux!

We are looking for an entrepreneurial market builder to spearhead our expansion into the Benelux market. This is a high-impact role where you take full ownership of our regional P&L and partner ecosystems. You won't just be coordinating; you’ll be the primary driver, leading high-stakes negotiations with hardware giants and executing data-driven growth plans to hit our margin targets. If you have a proven track record of scaling regions and love turning strategy into results, we’re looking for you.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute high-impact strategies to scale our online shops in international markets, with a primary focus on the Benelux region.
  • Commercial Accountability: You are fully responsible for sales performance and gross margins. You don't just "manage" partners, you drive the business.
  • Account Ownership: Build and maintain high-level relationships with global hardware partners (e.g., Google, Sonos, Bosch) and lead our most significant enterprise accounts.
  • Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations regarding contracts, pricing models, and marketing partnerships to maximize business outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Analyze market trends and KPIs to identify and capture new growth opportunities.
  • Hands-on Leadership: Proactively solve operational bottlenecks while maintaining a strategic bird's-eye view of your markets.

Dein Profil

  • Experience: You bring a proven track record in Partner Management, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
  • Market Expertise: You have successfully managed or expanded international markets (Benelux experience is a very strong advantage).
  • Sales DNA: You have a numerical and analytical mindset with the ability to manage a P&L and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
  • Communication & Negotiation: You are an exceptional negotiator and feel comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strategic & Operational: You are a strategic thinker who is equally happy to "get your hands dirty" in daily operations. You thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Dutch is a massive plus; German is an advantage.
