Are you ready to take full ownership of our international expansion? We are looking for a high-performer who has successfully managed and grown partner ecosystems. This is not a support role or a coordination position. We need a driver who owns high-stakes meetings with hardware giants, executes growth plans, and dives deep into operational data to hit margin targets. If you haven't managed sales accounts or scaled a region before, this is not the right fit for you.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute high-impact strategies to scale our online shops in international markets, with a primary focus on the Benelux region.
- Commercial Accountability: You are fully responsible for sales performance and gross margins. You don't just "manage" partners, you drive the business.
- Account Ownership: Build and maintain high-level relationships with global hardware partners (e.g., Google, Sonos, Bosch) and lead our most significant enterprise accounts.
- Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations regarding contracts, pricing models, and marketing partnerships to maximize business outcomes.
- Data-Driven Execution: Analyze market trends and KPIs to identify and capture new growth opportunities.
- Hands-on Leadership: Proactively solve operational bottlenecks while maintaining a strategic bird's-eye view of your markets.
